Looking for the flattest route? 

Try out www.flattestroute.com. It may not get you there the fastest, but it will be the flattest! Make sure to compare on a service like Google Maps to determine if you are biking on a greenway trail, bike lane or on the road. Some may be more comfortable with one over another.

League of American Bicyclists - Bicycle Friendly University

The Bicycle Friendly University (BFU) program recognizes institutions of higher education for promoting and providing a more bikeable campus for students, staff and visitors. The BFU program provides the roadmap and technical assistance to create great campuses for cycling. In 2014, UCCS was awarded Bicycle Friendly University bronze. In 2017, we reapplied and received silver, and retained silver in 2021. Below are the feedback documents that will help guide the University to continue supporting the bicycling community.
